Baby Bottle Tooth Decay is a all to common event.  It is usually found after it is too late for prevention.  The stereotypical presentation is a young child of first time parents who fail to realized the cariogenic potential of excessive exposure to milk.  Usually the child has a history of sleeping with the bottle in the crib or sleeping in the bed with the nursing mother.

Once the problem is identified and the treatment options ivestigated it is imperitive to remove the causitive agent be removed otherwise the most sophisticated dental restorations will be doomed to failure.
